I just went to the future - I was there for 2 weeks. And now I’m back, its amazing, I was worried I wouldn’t come back. People kept asking me how our civilization is enforced without any…. force. I felt kind of weird telling them that we just do as we’re told. Surely people would go nuts and end up doing really bad things with such stupid unenforceable rules and no braces? Yes I told them, I suppose they do. I ended up having to wear a brace towards the end as they have started getting funny about it apparently. When people first started appearing from the past they ignored them on a civilization level. I guess they knew they’d go back within 2 - 3 weeks so it didn’t matter. I met one other guy who had jumped forward - Chips. He was ok but he was from 2065 anyway so it wasn’t as much as a jump for him. Still he said braces were a lot more advanced than he was used to. So we kind of got used to wearing them together. There’s a lot of people called Jim in the future. I think its because they’ve started adopting the shortest names possible. Its easier for lots of things like on the street signage posts it shows up clearer when you walk past if its a short name. Met a few Toms, but no Marks. Seriously I think most people have like 3 letters in their name. Anyway I just had to tell someone because I’ve totally jumped back and was there for 2 weeks so I feel kind of buzzed about it. Shit! Chips taught me a song on the guitar from his year. I think I remember it…!!
